Natalie Moyle, BA
Care Manager and Personal Care Specialist

My husband Henry Moyle and I are founders and co-owners of Home Option Senior Care, a personal care home health agency. My responsibility is to oversee the care provided by our more than 100 bonded employees, many of whom are CNA's.

I am also a care manager and I meet with families needing care for loved-ones and do care needs assessments. My services include help finding the right kind of care services and coordinating those services. If home care is not an option, I help the family find the right care setting.

Additional services include mediating in family disagreements over the care of a loved one. I am also asked from time to time to coordinate and manage care for a loved one whose family lives out of state.

We began preparing for careers in the field of eldercare during the late 1980's. Both Henry and I completed our undergraduate work at the University of Utah. I received a BA in Sociology. Henry later completed a Master's Degree in Business Administration. My love for the elderly was sparked early in my schooling. Upon graduation I accepted a position with The Western Institute of Neuropsychiatry in the Intensive Treatment Unit where I dealt extensively with mental illness and geriatric patients. This helped me develop an in depth understanding of the many difficult issues facing the elderly and their families.

In 1993, after the birth of our son Garret, Henry and I accepted a position as live-in caregivers for Dr. Elliot Snow of Salt Lake City. We cared for Dr. Snow in his own home for two years before accepting another live-in position with Ms. Anita Eby of Bountiful, Utah. It was during this time that Henry and I began an intensive study of the needs of the elderly as well as the resources available to them along the Wasatch Front. In 1996, Henry designed a business plan for personalized home assistance and Home Option Senior Care became a reality. Our agency pioneered the concept of non-medical home care services in Utah and over the years has become the oldest and largest such provider in the state.

We have dedicated our lives to caring for the elderly. Our previous hands-on experience coupled with the knowledge and understanding of the needs of the elderly make our services a valuable resource to caregivers or to families anticipating a future need for care for a loved one.

Comments From The People I Serve

"I am writing this letter to let you know how much we appreciate the loving care which was given to my mother-in-law.  When we took her to the hosptial the doctor commented to the nurses in the ICU how clean she was and that he could tell she had received good care.  Without you, that would have been an impossible task. "   Kathy And Paul Wendel

"Thank you so much for your kindness and patience in helping Harry with this difficult time of illness.  We were please with the support given to us by all the aides and staff of Home Options.  God bless you!"     Nancy Walker and Family

"I am so happy to be able to stay right here in my own home.  I don't know what I would do without my special friend and helper." Anita F. Eby
